rbaje Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the rbaje platform and all its users ("player" or "you"). By using the rbaje website, mobile interface, and related services, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

Some key terms used in this document are defined below:

• "Platform" — The rbaje website (rbaje.mom) and all its related services.
• "Account" — The personal user profile registered by a player.
• "Real Money" — Actual funds deposited and used in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Balance" — An additional amount granted under a promotion or offer, which can be withdrawn subject to meeting specific conditions.
• "Wagering" — The requirement to complete a set amount of bets before a bonus can be withdrawn.

The following eligibility requirements must be met without exception to open an account and use the rbaje platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age ("for those aged 21 and above only").
• You must register voluntarily and in full awareness under your own identity.
• Each person may operate only one account. Multiple accounts held by the same person are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• If you are accessing the service from a country or region where online gaming is legally prohibited, you are not eligible to use this service.

If any information provided at registration changes at a later date, you are required to notify the support team immediately. rbaje reserves the right to close an account and forfeit deposited funds if false information is provided.

It is your own responsibility to keep your account secure. Never share your login credentials with any third party. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

rbaje reserves the right to initiate an identity verification process at any time. The following documents may be required for verification:

• A scanned copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (a screenshot showing your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay number).
• Proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement).

Withdrawal requests may be put on hold until verification is complete. This is a proven method to protect users' funds.

rbaje supports the common digital payment methods used in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Deposit

• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 for each method.
• Once a deposit is successfully completed, it is added to your account balance instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be partially restricted until any active bonus wagering requirements have been met.

rbaje provides bonuses and promotional offers for its players. All offers are subject to the following general terms:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 → Bonus ৳10,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳22,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x) before it can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = completing ৳40,000 in bets will make winnings from the bonus eligible for withdrawal.

5.3 Other Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific expiry period; any unused bonus is cancelled once it expires.
• It is not possible to have more than one bonus offer active at the same time, unless the promotional terms state otherwise.
• rbaje reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer, though bonuses already active will not be affected.
• If there is evidence of abuse or manipulation of the bonus system, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or access another user's account.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor to benefit from one.
• Threatening, harassing, or attempting to defraud other users.

rbaje reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a violation of any provision of these Terms is found.
• If documents requested for verification are not provided within the specified time.
• If there has been no activity for an extended period (generally 12 months or more) (inactive account).
• Upon the instruction of a court, government body, or law enforcement authority.

A player may also request the closure of their account at any time. In this case, any eligible real money balance will be returned, but the bonus balance will be cancelled.

If any provision of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, that provision will be removed and the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
